A Very Long Day

I only managed 3hours sleep last night, don't know why, just couldn't drop off.

I have felt so alone today, have lay on the sofa doing nothing, can't even be bothered getting dressed. I don't know if spending a week alone is the right thing to be doing but I know I am not fit for work.
Confused.

These flowers have been in my line of vision today.
