Amber

J & L stayed overnight and so there was lots of Amber time during the day. J went to London for a few hours to meet some old friends so we took Amber down to the DLC for a swim, and I managed to fit in some gym time. Also went to the supermarket to stock up on some essentials.
Cooked a pasta sauce when we got back.
During the night Amber woke up distressed and it was difficult to calm her down, but eventually with Calpol and all four of us passing her around for joggling we did manage to get her back to sleep.
