Birthday girl

Today we were at a birthday party for our friend and neighbour Barbara - she's 80 years young! She knew we were going out for lunch, she didn't know that we had a fabulous cake organised and a beautiful gift - or a birthday tiara and sash, both with lots of sparkle! She had an 80th badge and was a little concerned that we might be embarrassed by it ......no, we just added to it! We had a great lunch and then went back to have drinks in the garden... and the sun was shining! That was the miracle of the day!
