I have an Olympus converted to full spectrum, so tried something slightly different today - An IR photo taken through the R72 IR filter, then an almost normal photo with the filter removed. Then combined them in PS and changed the blending mode between the layers to lighten to give an almost IR result, but with greenish grass and blue sky. No channel swap - just layer blending.
