Rain, rain go away

When it rained today it really rained, sneaking up on us quickly at the shop so that we had to dash outside to bring in our outdoor display. We also had thunder, lightning and hail at various points. The picture even appears to show an umbrella sheltering from the rain under our parasol.
Dropped in to the retail park on the way home to pick up some summer tops and pumps, is it wishful thinking that we’re going to have a summer?
