Mid June..!

A wonderful Trooping of the Colour watched on television this morning but since then the day has been SO wet. Here, the Mall is full of umbrellas as the people headed towards the palace for the balcony appearance of the royal family.

We’ve done very little. Very different from last Saturday. Today inviting no spontaneity. I feel a real grump! We’ve just watched A man for all Seasons. For us first watched at least 46 years ago, this evening eating a Chinese takeaway with a glass of wine while we watched. Worth a re watch.
