Mystery Head

Torrential rain this morning but we got out later and nipped up to NT Plas Newydd, where we had a picnic lunch and a leisurely walk around the gardens.

We visited the house and although we’d been before, we’d never seen the 17.5m mural by Rex Whistler. What an incredible piece of artwork it is.

George pestered for an icecream, which was humongous and which he proceeded to get all over himself :-))

On our was back to the car, I spotted this stone face in the wall. Not sure about the teeth!
