parkrun deluge

Wooo glad I was first timers volunteer today picture said it all however last min brought a lot of runners.
Then onto take N out for a father's day treat and booked a lovely facial for him, hoping it helps de stress.. self-care much needed
Started Ashling Estate vineyard did no disappoint for a beverage.
Then on to lunch at pub In village v nice food, N couldn't 2sit to order an old childhood treat at a wimpey  bar.. Of anyone knows of wimpy bars..  Rum baba now back N wanting to watch Soain v Croatia ATM he is dozing!! 
Daughter having wonderful time at her friends in Singapore and son in Madrid..
