I spent an hour at immigration this afternoon collecting my new residence card. A necessary process that has to be renewed every three years.

On arrival you are issued an appointment number and then wait for it to be displayed. My long wait was forgotten when I discovered they had issued me with a 5 year card. Feeling fortunate!
