After a truly horrible night of coughing - it even kept MrM awake, and he can usually sleep through anything - we were both tired today! It seems that codeine may help you sleep, but does nothing to suppress  a cough.

Eventually, MrM left for his planned fishing trip a few hours later than intended. I mostly pottered, but ticked off quite a few things on the ever-increasing 'to do' list.

Ventured out for short while, and looking up at one point spotted these sycamore keys in a rare ray of sunshine. Swaying in the wind, so not quite in focus.
