No, it’s one of Chloe’s toys and it dispenses treats if she is clever enough. Chloe has learned to harness the power of gravity to make those treats come out more easily.
If Chloe looks even fluffier than usual, it is because we were out this afternoon and got a soaking. When dried off Chloe goes all soft and fluffy.
