Barn Swallow

Osuzanna and I went to one of our favorite nature locations this morning. Wildlife sightings were less than on many of other visits, but we had a good time catching up, while getting some steps in. This Barn Swallow was sitting on a metal fence along the boardwalk, resulting in unusual lines in the background.

Thank you for your lovely comments on my tiny baby plover a few days ago. I sure hope I have more opportunities this summer to photograph the shorebirds and their young.
