The Last Table

Two and a half hours until kickoff and I’m settled in at The Tiq. Well, maybe not settled because the decibel level is already at ear damage levels and steadily increasing as the beers go down. But it was the only table left - I should’ve come down an hour earlier and been armed with serious ear protectors!
So I’m blipping now while still filled with optimism; there’ll only be a post script in seriously unexpected circumstances.
