Choice

Early morning walk.  Headed to the market which was quiet for a Friday.  Bought a delicious tomato Friday focaccia from Stir Bakery.  I think it'll be stirfry for dinner.

Managed a dry afternoon walk under ominous clouds.

Arrived home just in time to hear Radio 4's There's Only One Michael Mosley at 11am.  He was just so good at making science accessible to listeners.  

Last night Mr asked if I remembered the Horizon programme Dr Michael Mosley presented on the placebo effect.  htts://dai.ly/6vbq2iIt's a fascinating programme.  I watched it again.

It's raining again.
