Early run

Another beautiful morning. I was awake early so decided to get my arse out of bed and out for a run. Well worth the effort!
Going home today. Had a fantastic holiday seeing family, friends and Judy Murray at Wimbledon.
I'm slightly anxious as to what state Dougal will have got the house to in the time he's been home alone (not entirely alone! We've a neighbour look in on him. He may be evil but we're not)!
