Carn Liath

This weekend just gone we've been out and about in the hills. Here is a view over Carn Liath on the Beinn a'Ghlo walk near Blair Atholl.

Liath is the first of three munros on this stunning walk, which must total about 15 miles.

The weather, camping and company were fabulous and a reminder of why the great outdoors and the Scottish Highlands are such wonderful things to have so close to Edinburgh.

Peaks bagged, it was back to civilisation in time to watch Andy Murray's historic day at Wimbledon. Woo!
