Morning walk.

We came here before it got busy; this is the quieter side too. This towpath has a wee rickety platform that dates back to the Kelpies construction period - many a photograph taken from here then and nowadays. It was getting busy when we left the main site - four big tour buses arrived in quick succession There were also various small tour minibus trip groups, ubiquitous camper vans and three minibuses from
an Edinburgh boarding school.

Our we grandson was in good humour throughout today. He arrived half an hour late after an up and down night. And went way later too; we’d a good chat with our older son when he came to collect him.
