Aching Bones
After a short night and long day I'm feeling exhausted right down to my core, especially as I started the day with another 5km plod at the gym. Marginally faster, but I'm not in any hurry to do myself an injury.
Hopefully a good rest tonight will revive my aching bones and prepare me for tomorrow's workload - 4.5 hours training, an eye test, then another 1.5 hour lesson.
