Robin

I snapped a baby Robin in the garden with a long zoom lens on my big Nikon. There was a gang of starlings, a few sparrows and pairs of magpies and wood pigeons grubbing around under the feeders. I guess there aren’t sufficient insects and grubs around to feed them all. They too are waiting for the British Summer weather to arrive, as are my veg plants!

On TV I thoroughly enjoyed the final episode of series nine of Inside Number Nine, I’ll miss it! Now waiting to watch the last episode of this year’s Spring watch which I think has been excellent and informative as usual. I think both are worthy of our licence fee.
