What a mess

Out for an early walk and the community garden is looking fabulous. We started decorating the attic area outside our bedroom. A tricky area as very high ceiling over the stairs. I wanted to employ a professional and hubby thought we could do it ourselves. I thought it was so funny when he was using an extension on the roller to reach up the the top and he managed to put the handle into the pot of paint and get it all over his clothes and the floor, which was fortunately covered. He was a real mess and had to get changed, but made me laugh.
A quick walk late afternoon between showers.
Pleased I got some photos on our longer morning walk, and it was dry.
Put a message on the village Facebook page asking if anyone wanted a wooden rocking chair, success in less than five minutes and she picks it up tomorrow.
My new boots came with instructions to wear in before wearing them for longer, today was there first time our and they do feel like they are softening.
