We thought we'd try some mid-week garden openings this year, given that we're pretty busy with bookings at weekends.  

It would seem that attendance is for more affected by weather than by day of the week and we had a fair few visitors today - enough for me to operate as car park wrangler, rather than railwayman, for the day.

Impressed with one elderly visitor who managed to travel here from Kidderminster entirely by public transport (albeit the last mile or so had to be on foot as Malvern Wells is somewhat of a bus void).
