Autumnal...

I love this time of year as we get autumnal colours.  I am planning my programme - I have some site visits to do and a lot of planning for teachers.

Because its cold season I decided to make soup.  I put on the blender (when the power came on) and was whizzing the soup when I realised it was coming out of the bottom and soon it was all over the worktop, all over me and all over the floor!  So much for the soup!  I was warmed up cleaning up the mess!

On a sad note today I mourn with Malawi as they lost their vice president Saulos Chilima and 9 others in a plane crash in the north of the country near where I used to live.  A terrible loss for the country and my thoughts and prayers go out to all my friends and colleagues there.
