Lovely long walk

Yeh… I’m back… again.

Had a difficult few weeks and feeling the desire to get back out in nature and blip always seemed to help me do that.

After work yesterday I went for a long walk with my colleagues Kelly and Lisa. In a few weeks time we are taking part in a charity walk so we are all keen to get some training in!

It was beautiful. We saw rabbits, a heron, cows and we had a good old chat.

Onwards and upwards!
