A Robin in June!

One of the drivers for doing up my garden was that there were never any birds in it. There was nowhere for them to.go, take cover, and nothing to feed on. As I've worked away at it, with some small shrubs, borders, apple tree etc, the birds have arrived. 

Two blackbirds every night, male and female. A huge fat wood pigeon, some blue tits or coal tits occasionally, and this wee Robin tonight. 

Properly staking out his territory, scurrying round the new wooden edging for the borders,  like a wee rat. What a character.
