Cash

Worked from home today as I had a blood test this morning. I almost thought I’d need to go in to work anyway as our library management system software was upgraded and I’d lost connection with it so I thought I might need to be on campus to re-establish it. But in the end it got updated remotely and I stayed at home. Which was good as I was meeting friends for dinner after work but at a place 45 minutes in the other direction to where I work, so it would have made it a very long journey if I’d been on campus.

The place we chose for dinner was having problems with their card machine so we had to go and get some cash to pay. Haven’t done that for a long while!
