Day 164/24. The Supermarine S6A

This is our Supermarine S6A. 
This aircraft competed in the 1929 Schenider Trophy races in the Solent. The Schneider Trophy Air Race was the fastest and most dangerous sport in history.  Racing seaplanes competed at speeds over 400 mph, and this is the legendary Supermarine S6A from the 1929 race.
