Instow, Low Tide

It was quite chilly this morning, and I put some heating on as I had an Interval Class on Zoom. Crazy I know! But better to feel warm, rather than tempt injury by being cold. Any way a great class as usual. Did a bit more out in the garden after lunch. 

Got changed and drove over to Instow. I hadn't realised that the infamous traffic lights for road works at Cedars had gone. What a delight to have an easy drive. The same coming back, wonderful. 

Instow was busy along the front as usual, but managed to find a parking spot a bit further along . After a short walk and a couple of images, decided to continue over to Bideford to check out some parking for next week, and have a small Hocking's 99, which was yummy.
