No rain this morning...

...and proper sunshine this aft...

A visit to Haddon Hall this morning - a Tudor gem! 
Some extras of the interior ( the Long Gallery is amazing ); the Elizabethan gardens ( beautiful roses ); and some ancient doors!

Lunch was also delicious ;)

Drove on to Bakewell for a mooch and to find a book for Trish, followed by a short walk along the river in the sunshine. For the first time this week I bravely left my waterproofs in the car!
