Green bottle fly

This morning we went to the supermarket and did BILs shopping took it to him put it away and had a chat. Went to the charity cafe for coffee and cheese scone on the way home.
Thought I would have a go with the 100mm macro lens and a 25mm extension tube on the new camera. It is the first time I have tried it out and it worked well but I will need a lot more practice.
This afternoon it was the seniors monthly tea, cake and chat, most of the usual crew there nice to have a catch up.
Came home and processed the picture and that's about it for the day.
Mostly cloudy rain was forecast but as yet none but still very cool.
