Evening at the Marina

Wandered down to the marina this evening. The restaurants were busy, unusual for a Monday evening even in the summer, but what a difference a bit of hot weather makes. My youngest son joined me for a drink at a beautiful pub right on the water. Having just finished his degree he is planning a long trip to South America. It all sounded very exciting. I feel slightly apprehensive as he has decided to go alone but I have to remember what I was doing at his age and pull myself together!
