The British Invasion

The Village band played sixties music (extra), there was Coronation chicken or, if you preferred, pies with mushy peas. Some people came in character – King Charles and Camilla were there, so were Mrs Thatcher and Winston Churchill. Mini skirts and high boots were in evidence. MG was stunning as Mary Quant (ish). It was a great night.
