Wood mouse

I was moving stuff around in the shed today, and noticed that there was a hole in the plastic bin where I keep the peanuts for the birds. I took off the lid to look more closely, and found that the mouse was actually there, down among the peanuts.  It's clearly been in and out of the bin, but I'm not sure how it was getting out.  When I was taking photos, it was trying to jump up, but it didn't seem to be getting near to the top. I didn't wait to see what happened, but tipped the bin on its side; the mouse then dashed off to hide under the shed.
