Anniversary Sunrise

I woke up early and from our balcony overlooking Afales Bay, Ithaca (Ionian Islands, Greece) I could see a good sunrise forming. It wasn't long before I took the main of the sunrise over Afales Bay looking towards Lefkada.

It's our Silver Wedding Anniversary today, and the extra is of me and Mrs BB in my brother's Ken's car which he provided and chauffeured. He's no longer with us. So much has changed over twenty five years, and no doubt will when we hopefully reach Golden!

After lazing on our veranda under the shade of an Olive tree, enjoying the views and silence, we had a coffee with our friends before heading to Dexa Beach (nr Vathy) for a few hours.

We're off out tonight to celebrate with a cheap meal of ham and cheese toasties and chips!
