Hanging On

Slightly better weather today but still rather grey with threats of rain. After a steady morning start we decided to gamble and go and search out a blip. Thankfully the rain held off and we headed to Millennium lakes on the outskirt of the city as we have not been there for a while. A few bits about and I was taking a shot of a damselfly when Julie spotted this bug fly and land on a blade of grass. I have blipped a green shield bug before but never showing its underside .
After enjoying a nice walk around the lake we headed home via Lidl to get some crusty bread for lunch .
A relaxed rest of the afternoon / evening as back to work tomorrow
