Babushka doll

This babushka doll, or set of dolls, is authentic and was made in Russia. It came with information from the makers who said that they abhor the invasion of Ukraine. The largest of the five is ten centimetres tall max, while the smallest would be struggling to make 1.5. Note the bee decoration attached to the big one (lower right). 

I bought this for granddaughter Margot, who is days off turning two, because her mothers said she likes putting things within things. But this gift remains unsuitable. The bits go everywhere from her hands and I don't like the idea of losing any of it. Also they are made of wood which seems to have taken on some moisture in all the wet weather so the biggest one won't close. So it (they) will be in a draw for now, out of sight of Margot.
