Day at a Time

Ox Eye Daisy

This ox eye daisy has popped up in the front garden. It's a bit more delicate than the bruisers that usually self seed in the back. Thank you Miranda for the wildflower challenge and also Lindsay and Cat for the 'look up' blips for June. I realise that I've replicated the look up suggestion but when there's blue sky to be seen I'm in.

My elder granddaughter's birthday today. She's now the nine year old. Looking forward to seeing her at the weekend. She's such a lovely girl.

I'm about to go and refill the just-emptied brown bin with all the plants I had to cut down after last week's windy weather then it's time to roll my sleeves up to turn out a cupboard which desperately needs my attention. The fun I have.
