Semi-derelict mill at Longparish

So surely it has dried out enough to walk this attractive circuit on either side of the River Test at Longparish.

But no, the path was flooded and other paths very muddy.

I'm curious as to which this mill hasn't been converted into flats. May be it is too damp, although there are two houses adjacent.
