I could not believe it!

Sitting quietly in the conservatory doing some admin in the warm sunshine when suddenly there was an almighty impact noise from its roof, such that I thought something must have fallen onto it from height. I quickly realised that a Wisteria pod saved from last Autumn and stored in the conservatory had exploded with half of it hitting the roof a good 6 feet above the cupboard on which it rested. The pod has split with surgical precision. Research later revealed that this is not an uncommon occurrence, but certainly a new one for me.
