DENNIS

The Menace, as he is affectionately called from time to time, nearly all the time! but looking like butter wouldn't melt (I know better). However, he's  a great character and is the first cat to greet me in the mornings.  Glad to say I was not woken by any crashing or banging this morning and now we’re back home after our weekend of House and Cat sitting which we’ve thoroughly enjoyed.

Our friend D came to take over from us at lunchtime as the owners of the house aren’t back from their holidays until the end of this week …….  When we’ll be well on our way to Northumberland with ‘Matilda’.

Very showery in South Shropshire this morning and a beautiful afternoon here in North Shropshire, apart from that relentless cool wind.  Whatever happened to flaming June??
