Lavender in a pot

In the morning I went to the dentist to have the crowns put on my implants. It has been a long job considering I had the teeth extracted over a year ago after an abscess formed under a bridge. I am now trying to get used to biting on both sides. The new teeth feel rather strange after having had a gap for so long. I thought maybe the crowns would be cemented into place but they are in fact screwed in. It felt very strange when the dentist put a mini torque wrench in my mouth!  In the afternoon, I started a new painting. I have been following the European elections closely and feel sad that I no longer have a vote. The results in France are alarming and the President's decision to dissolve parliament is courageous and unexpected. It carries a high level of risk.
