Salvia

A lovely start to the day but then cloudy and breezy.

Had breakfast watching the starlings antics on the feeder and bird bath! Caught up on some jobs in the house and garden, made phone calls and then drove to collect my friends and take them to the afternoon tea.  K met us there and we wandered through the garden to find a table and seats. After a refreshing cup of tea and cream scone we looked around the garden, bought plants (the salvia in blip was my purchase) chatted to various friends and had another cup of tea.  The extra shows some of the salvias and just a small part of this garden.  Lots of vegetables grown too and a large pond, this months natural history meeting is a pond dip here.
Took my friends home, then made a bread and butter pudding with hot cross buns and cooked dinner for K and I.
