Ecola State Park Viewpoint

Big R has been wanting to go to the coast for a long time since we moved here. Today was a nice day so we decided to just pop down there for the day …. Different weather down at the coast which is usually the case . It about an hour and a half drive to the Cannon beach area .
Sunny and hotter in portland , but cooler and misty on the coast. We took in sone views and ate classic fish and chips for lunch. Next time when we have a longer time we will stay overnight . Too many appointments during the week right now to escape there! It was a refreshing break and ocean air is the best !
