Sweet Smelling...
Southern Beauty! This blossom is one of many on the Southern Magnolia in my grandparents yard on the Island. It stands 80 feet tall and probably 40 feet around. It's big! The island deer bed down under it. A grand tree indeed. It would be such a cool place for kids to play. Heck I like going in there and checking it out! There is a whole other world inside those limbs...
There was some storm damage to be cleaned up today after we mowed the grass. Large evergreens uprooted falling into each other. We started to clean them up but our new tenant had a washing machine leak so we had to go and fix that. We'll go back another day and finish up. Some fence work is needed as well...always plenty to do. I picked 3 zucchinis from the garden today.
Thanks for stopping by!
