Reflections

Devastated to hear Dr Michael Mosley’s body has been found on Symi following a walking accident.
 
Like millions of people, he helped us introduce small changes into our lifestyle and his book “Just One Thing” is always by my bedside table.
 
My deepest sympathy go out to his family. This was a man who really did change the world for better. We heard him speak many times at Hay Festival.
