Not really the ideal back to work attire

A week off doing some great walking in the lakes, then scuppered by a regular trail run this morning.  Now have a broken ankle, well a stable fracture the doctors said. 6 weeks of boot wearing while the bone heals.  

Fiddlesticks is clearly the word of the day!
