A truly beautiful swim this morning, what a change! The water was crystal clear and the sea life, flora and fauna, spectacular.
A visit to the garden by a friend and her curious cute smallies.
A batch of iced tea (Brazil style) and elderflower cordial made.
The beach bootcamp has me crippled.
