Riding

I didn't *feel* particularly tired after getting in mid-morning from the overnighter at work but I nodded off a fair few times on the sofa with my book and, indeed, missed a good chunk of the afternoon to be honest.

Thought I'd best make the effort though to get a bit of exercise so headed out over teatime for a shortish ride on some local roads. I did make it over the city bypass at least but not by much. Still, glad I made that effort.

Film viewing with my eldest planned for the evening. She's home from Glasgow for a couple of nights, some quality time ahead!
