Hello there, June!

The weather is yet to get the memo that it is indeed June and therefore you shouldn't need your "big coat" on! However with highs of ten degrees and plenty of rain there really hasn't been anything else for it today.

A great walk from Baildon along the canal to beyond Five Rise Locks before turning up to Micklethwaite. It's a lovely loop up through the little village before turning right at the top to go back to the infamous, in these parts when giving directions, Dick Hudsons pub. It was then down through Eldwick before rejoining the canal near Bingley and heading back to Matthew's. We received our fair share of showers on our route that is for sure!

I couldn't resist a photo of Old Guy Lane once back in Queensbury because the vista seems to showcase the weather at the moment!!
