Let Sleeping Dogs...

I was up with the larks this morning, it's always nice to savour the peace and quiet first thing on a Sunday. The rest of the family began to stir a little after eight, and various hungry mammals pattered downstairs hunting for food (and coffee). I was free to potter about this morning, and then had a short meeting at lunchtime. The warm weather drew to a close this afternoon and the rains returned – so time to cook a hot chilli for supper and settle in for the evening. I took this picture just before the weather turned, of our chihuahua Daisy enjoying a snooze in the garden.
