No Fennel is Safe

Three Black Swallowtail butterfly cats ganging up on a fennel frond. I've been moving them to other fennel plants, yes once again playing goddess. This morning I counted 12 BSB cats on one plant! Although the plants re-leaf quickly these guys are about to form their chrysalises and probably could use a bit more fennel leaf.
